Consumer Protection First
At Jopters, you can refund or exchange the product within 7 days of delivery. For the process, it is customers responsibility to maintain Picture of receipt they receive at time of delivery (Electronic system generated receipts or SMS confirmations by Jopters or any of our 3rd Party will not be considered as proof of purchase).

Our team will review the request and respond you back within 24-48 hours to update you on the status of the request as per the guidelines and policies of the platform. Jopters reserves the right to final decision 

Key Notes on Refund Requests 
1- Any product that is opened, Used and with distorted packings is not eligible for return
2- Any hygiene related product is not eligible for refund or replacement 
3- Any requests received after 7 days of delivery shall not be entertained 
4- Customer is liable to maintain the receipt or picture of the receipt for 7 days after delivery
5- No refunds will be issued due to customers change of mind or due to color based issue  

Deductions at time of Refunds 
1- AED 25 & Transnational Charges will be deducted from the paid amount at time of refund, which is the non refundable delivery charges & 
2- The refunds will be issued as store credit with credit reference provided to the customers via mail. The customers can utilize these store credit towards there next purchase. The customer after placing the order will share the credit reference & order number to support@jopters.com for application of store credits on orders 
3- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.”

Exchange/ Replacement Requests 
A product delivered damaged/defected/broken by us will be replace with a new one. There will not be any refund released for the product. The product can also be upgraded to another product of same price or higher with an additional upgrade charge of AED 10 along with the differential price of the product (if applicable).

Color Related Requests
Jopters is not a color centric platform. All the stocks are released as per the availability. Any customer requesting specific color after delivery shall be subjected to SAR 30 delivery charge. Jopters does not guarantee the availability of color. However, if available shall release the requested color for customer on special request
