You’re eligible to return your items at Jopters, if your return is due to change of mind then just make sure you present our support team with proof of purchase (within 7 days from delivery) and that your item meets the returns conditions located here.

Please choose carefully when purchasing merchandise designated as clearance online, as change of mind returns will not be accepted. Subject to availability, an exchange for an identical item (same style, model etc) may be provided.

Our policy included the change of mind limits do not exclude or replace your rights under consumer guarantees of the consumer law, regulations or otherwise as required by law.

You will have to lodge a ticket initiate a return / refund / replacement / exchange product request. All responses by Jopters customer support is limited to email channels.

To lodge a return request, make sure your item:

  • Meet the below returns conditions
  • Was purchased on Jopters
  • Proof of purchase ( Receipt received at time of delivery )
  • Images of product content received
  • Image of the packing box

Are you Eligible For A Return?
Your return/replacement will only be eligible with following reasons

Damaged Items: 
Item is damaged during shipment (unused item with complete set of accessories and original packaging with receipt

Defective Item (not damaged): 
factory defect / fault item with complete accessories and original packaging with receipt

Wrong Item Delivered: 
unused ; not damaged; with complete set of accessories and original packaging with receipt

Missing Parts/Items:
unused ; not damaged; with complete set of accessories and original packaging with receipt

Jopters RESERVES THE RIGHT FOR FINAL DECISION

Only in certain conditions.

You have a right to return a product within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment.

Return Condition

Fashion. open packaging accepted if the product(s) still has the original tags

All other Categories. Only unbroken original packages including all accessories.

Non-returnable Products. Refer to product list below

Please note all return items are reviewed upon processing to ensure they meet the return conditions listed in the policy. Goods that do not match return conditions will be returned to the customer.

  • products that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases;
  • products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them;
  • any consumable product which has been used or installed;
  • products with tampered or missing serial numbers; or
  • products that fall under specific categories, including food, beverages, household goods, digital books, swimwear, hosiery, underwear, socks, health, contact lenses, hygiene related and personal care products and certain baby products (e.g. tethers, diapers, hygiene tissues, feeding related products) music, video and video games.

If you are someone who has directly jumped to Lodge a return request section. We will advise you to read the Return Procedures + Return Conditions + Non Returnable Items before lodging a request. Our final return approval will be based on policies listed above and we will not be liable for refused requests due to the failure to read the policies

To initiate a return request, simply email ”support@jopters.com” with email subject ”Return Request #Order Number – #Reason For Return”. The email subject must list all ”Mandatory Return Documentation” to successfully lodge a request

Our team would that review your return request and pass a final decision that you be notified off via mail. Please return the ”Refund Procedure” to know more on the types of refunds

Online exchange  You can exchange your item for one of a different size or color (If color option was available for the product in question at our website) by sending it back and  requesting an exchange. There will, however, be extra shipping and handling fees. If the item you’re exchanging it for is of a higher value, you will also be charged the difference.

For delivered products, we will refund to you product amount (excluding amount paid for original shipping fees) in full plus cost of arranging the return, if the item was paid via electronic means than the initial transaction charges of 2.69% of the amount + AED 1 on the amount will be added to the mentioned costs:

  • if the products are faulty or not as described on our Site; or
  • if your reason for return is due to an error on our side, such as an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery etc.

In all other circumstances, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) and you may pay the costs of return shipping followed with conditions, if paid electronically.

Shipping charges paid for a total order value under AED 50 are not refundable. Additional charges of AED 14 will be deducted from your paid amount to arrange return of product and refund your amount in cash. 

For orders delivered free the refund issued will exclude the charges of AED 26 from paid amount to arrange return of product and refund your amount in cash plus initial charges incurred by platform to arrange for free delivery

If your order was paid through electronic payment, refund would be issued via the same payment method used by yourself. The refund will still exclude the pricings highlighted above followed with the initial online transaction charge of 2.69% applicable on the total amount plus AED 1

Our inspector will inspect the product at the time of collection. If the inspection is approved in relation to your prior submitted email documentation. Your refund will be issued on spot. Our inspector reserves to cancel the refund, if the item fails to meet the return conditions

For orders paid via electronic means, first we will arrange the collection of the product. It will return back to our facility and undergo inspection. If the product to be refunded/exchanged matches our return policies. Refund/ Exchange will be issued as per the policy. IF the product fails to meet the Return policy, we will deliver it back to your address and the delivery charges of AED 14 will be payable by yourself

Jopters principles do not consider anyone above LAW. We or the Buyers are subjected to adhere to those principles and would request the buyer to respectfully make there requests just as much as our agents on Jopters. We know that you would be upset with your purchase at times but be assured that we are here to support you and protect your rights as consumer and our rights as business in accordance with the applicable law and listed policies throughout this website. The policies that are also agreed by yourself at the time of purchase and without which access to our services is not possible. Hence, it falls on all of us individuals collectively. Jopters is synonym for end to end relationship with our customers.
