1. Product Conditions:

• Jopters exclusively offers brand new products.
• Products stored locally are delivered via domestic partners.
• Products shipped domestically & interinationally will be done by courier partners delivering good by land & air

2. Delivery Fees:

• A delivery fee of AED 10 is applicable. Delivery fee to other destinations varies based on products displayed at time of checkout
• This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Delivery Time:

• Domestic deliveries are completed within 2-3 working days.
• Cross-border deliveries are completed within 5-7 working days.
• Customers are responsible for tracking their orders and responding to calls or WhatsApp alerts from our logistics partners to ensure a smooth delivery process.

4. Payment Confirmation:

• All orders undergo a confirmation process.
• Payment is verified based on stock availability and operational factors.
• Once payment is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address or the email provided at the time of delivery.
